Root Canals
Root canal therapy is an excellent way to save a tooth that would otherwise die and need to be removed. All teeth that have had root canal therapy must be protected with a crown. This is because teeth that have had the pulp removed are more susceptible to fracture.
Wisdom Teeth Extraction
Normally appearing in the late teenage years or early twenties, your third molars or “wisdom teeth” are commonly removed due to several issues that may arise including crowding, being impacted, and gum tissue-related problems. Dr. Holland removes wisdom teeth in‑office.
Bone Grafts
If you’ve had a tooth extracted or need an extraction, the area where the tooth is removed will naturally collapse causing a depression or indent in your jawbone. Dr. Seth Holland can safely perform a bone graft to stabilize the area for implant placement, to preserve the bone for a bridge, or to stabilize adjacent teeth.
Connective Tissue Grafts
Gum tissue supports the bone, so if you have gum recession, ask us about a connective tissue graft. Gum recession can be caused by frenum attachment, genetics, your bite, periodontal disease, tooth brushing technique, tooth movement from braces, tooth position, or trauma. READ MORE
